Can you go back and finish off Volume 4 and do Volume 5? Its seems the groups that were doing that section of Gakuen Alice have disappeared and its beginning to look like that they will never be released.. sorry, but I don't read a series if I have to skip chapters... I have been waiting for over a year for the release of those chapters.
...We've answered this so many times, and the answer will always be the same. No. If you want to read them, buy the books when they come out (import, bookstore, raw, whatever--)
hi. could you do chapter 76 of volume 13 if you have it? it's the only chapter of that volume that's missing so i don't really feel like buying it. please and thank you :)
Saying something like that will NEVER get us to release faster. The opposite may happen, in fact -- it's my view that scanlations should always be previews of an author's work, and readers should always support their work by buying the actual manga, if they like it.
So scanlating something just cos someone doesn't 'feel' like buying the book = -_-
Not to mention we're ten chapters away from 75 -- and we haven't skipped chapters since ages ago.
IT HAS BEEN CLARIFIED OVER AND OVER AS TO WHY VOLUMES 4-5 WILL NOT BE SCANLATED.
Buy the manga when it hits your bookstores and such, please. <3

..That line is actually one of the major reasons why a LOT of scanlation groups and fansubbing groups drop a lot of series --
ESPECIALLY when it becomes licensed.
The reason why US fans do scanlations is:
1. Spread around the fandom
2. Help non-Japanese speaking fans understand the latest chapters (since not all fans knows how to speak / understand Japanese)
3. Provide a "teaser" for a certain manga
4. Have a manga loved so much that it encourages one to buy the actual manga
If you claim to love Gakuen Alice so much, BUY THE MANGA.
..Whew. Sorry, but both anonymous comments kind of pissed me off.
if you really wanted to just "preview" the manga for us readers then you wouldnt need to have translated so many chapters> You keep on talking about your views on scanalations and how its to encourage people to but it so why didnt you just translate one chapter from each volume or something> Also i dont get why you get so worked up about us asking you to translate missing chapters personally i think its just stupid and it pisses ME off.
oh please please please do chapter 88....and so on!i luv gakuen alice soo much but its really hard to get the manga at my country i think its imposible!!!even if the few last chapters were skiped and i was kinda upset but i was so thankful for you to do the other chapters..n_n..
